Room is a bit old but clean and comfy. Great B'fast, and they waived my B'fast bills as i was staying in the suites. Will return.

The hotel room is big, the view is good from the room because it faces the harbor, the food is delicious, it is close to everywhere because it is still connected to the wtC building and not far from the shopping center. Times Square etc. and the friendly service.

Suite room is spacious but old, need to refurbish

It was such a good experience. Really good customer service and not far from the MTR station. They also provided a free shuttle bus station to and from Hong Kong station to the hotel.

1. The location is a bit far from the skin show. 2. Nice place and comfortable bedroom 3. Hotel service is not so good, because it does not tell guests there breakfast during stay there. The hotel is a 4 star but not appropriate lah. Apparently already buy hotel included breakfast package, still charged if breakfast.

Well the hotel room quite small (kind of something room) but overall I am satisfied with the view from our room, the easiest access and the food? Was crazy delicious.

Location was great. We checked in at 10 am and the room was ready even though it was busy period.

Check in and check out is rather chaotic, can't understand why you don't open 1 counter specially for airline crew. Further while during the check in I was assisted by a trainee - she was good professional and very courteous, connected with the guest and showed empathy. Upon check out I was assisted by another trainee - no manners, and no hospitality at all. The way talked to the guest, very arrogant cocky creating the feeling that I was bothering him for making him work that day. Housekeeping staff and Concierge staff all are great and super friendly.

A pleasant hotel, if I am to HK again I will stay overnight in this hotel lg .... strategic location, very satisfactory service ..... sy just pesen 1 room 2 bad, but i am in extra bad love free because i am with child small .... exceptional excelcior HK ...

Good location didn't get a chance to taste the drinks and food, so many restaurants and shops near hotel.

Overall the location can't beat it, reception and concierge staff very professional, F&B didn't try it. Will be back soon!!
