The address in traveloka is San Fernando city but the actual location of the hotel is in Bauang La Union. It is in the boundary..no mirror,trash can, and theres bed bug in the room. No key that was given for 2 days I have to always get it in the front desk. No remote control for the tv. No breakfast.. I got a hotel in Puerto princesa almost same price and same number of days but way better.. Lots of hospitality and customer service needed for this hotel.. I hope they can fix those details.

They describe their deluxe room on the website as “for up to 4 person” but when you arrive there, one person won’t even fit the room comfortably. The room is dirty, untidy. There were ants everywhere. We booked ahead of time and already lost a day before we checked in. You’d expect a clean room to be waiting for you (we paid ahead of time). But no, you have to wait for them to figure out which room to put you on. The room is incomplete, there’s no trash can, no table, no rug outside the cr. The tabo is so dirty. The sink smells extremely bad. There’s no option for cold or hot shower. You just open the shower and settle for i don’t know, warm water? The only good thing is at least the employees are accommodating enough to answer to your requests. However, we wouldn’t have needed to ask them of anything if the room is already complete and clean.

Not that bad, somewhat so so. Clogged CR/shower drainage. Pricey meals that's why we did not try their food.

Costumer Service not that great, also, when consumables like toothpaste, brush and shampoo was not even provided and they will charge you if you asked them
For its price, its good for People who only wants to stay the night but Regardless to that, consumables should be a standard for inns.
Maybe its a coincidence but the room we had has a bug inside from which we need to asked their admin to Help with removing it. This happened due to their windows being opened.
