We booked this Hotel for our accommodations before leaving Japan. It's very accessible from Narita Airport. They also have a bus to and from the Hotel to the Terminal. The room we booked was good for 4 persons. It had enough space for us and our luggages. All in all it was great experience.

We especially liked (a) the prompt free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, (b) clean and very comfortable rooms and beds, (c) polite ad helpful staff, (d) no hassle check in and check out

Nice hotel near Narita airport terminal 2-3. They have shuttlebus to pick you up and drop you off at terminal 1, 2, and 3. The hotel employees are super nice and polite. I would stay at the Narita Tobu Hotel again the next time I am in Japan.

The hotel is located nearby the airport. It has airport shuttle. Very convenient. The room is nice with comfy bed.

Dekat ke terminal 2 Narita, utk ke dan dari hotel ini menggunakan free shuttle bus dari hotel ke dan dari Terminal 1 & 2. Paling pagi jam 5 dan paling telat jam 23.

Very dissapointed with manner of one of the waitress in the restaurant. The location very near from narita very good for you who catch earlier flight, but very hopeless because no shop for shopping and to eat.

Booked this after our flight got late to arrive at narita. It was the correct choice. The room is really sufficient for family of 4 people, close to the airport (taxi costs 1200 yen) but they provide bus to the airport as well. A really well maintained hotel, easy to access and really help us to get rest after a long flight.

The room is big enough for a family and also the staff are so helpful to the guests. There are buses to and from the airport so it makes things easier for us. And also the breakfast is so delicious. Thank you.
