Have a great experience. The staffs can speak english and very friendly and polite. Recommended for staying because it's very close to kyoto station and near kyoto tower and restaurants.

Nice and clean hotel with strategic location since it's opposite the kyoto station. Inside kyoto station there's a lot of shops and restaurant and there's isetan as well. Will surely come back again to stay for our next visit

The room is spacious for 3of us (2 adults, 1 child). The beds are nice too. Location is the best. Just across Kyoto Station and Lawson. Unfortunately the Air Conditioner broke the whole hotel when we stayed there. The staff said sorry already and opened the window. Fortunately the winds are cool enough as we were there mid Dec. Hope to stay there again but with no such problem

Check in & out was really fast. Bedroom & bathroom is big and clean. Location is in front of kyoto station. Overall I’m satisfied with New Hankyu Hotel!

The room is quite big for hotel in japan, the service is superb! you can check in advance to collect your luggage first, breakfast is good we love it and thanks for borrow me humidifier, it really helpful because my kids are sick at that time, even the staff is poor in english, they try to contacted translator via video call for me, so touching, thank you so much Hankyu Kyotom will come back again for sure
