Hotel need deposit. I don't know why but is their policy so I'm OK with that. Overall I dun like is they insisit you must check in 2pm. That 's the minus point. I'm traveling 20 days at hotel every month. Mostly the hotel will. Let you check I'm if is available. WELL. I choose thos hotel because of the day other hotel is full. Other than that I will. Not choose this hotel. Still have a lot for you to. CHOOSE.

Best location, same row with Marriott Hotel, a lot of good eateries in the neighbourhood, next to Mall and ferry terminal also. Hotel staffs friendly & did their best. Enjoy the 3 night stays so much.

This is a nice hotel, clean and good service support, price is reasonable. The location is quitet, about 2km far from central of Batam Nagoya. If you want enjoy a night life, should stay in Nagoya, but this hotel near ferry terminal to Singapore.
