Located in arguably the best part of the city, this hotel offers way more than it is currently priced. I personally like the lux atmosphere, decorations, and overall friendliness of the staff. This hotel feels brand new and more expensive that it actually is, and that is a great thing !. The room itself is spacious with the right amount of modern touch and luxury. My room has a quite large double beds and it's pretty comfy, though it'd better if bolsters are also provided, which unfortunately not the case. Standard amenities like water heates, coffee & tea, even a hair dryer was provided. The Wi-Fi was blazing fast and TV channels were plentiful with the presence of essential channels such as HBO, FOX, NAT GEO etc. Personally I had a very pleasant experience during my stay. Even at this price range, this hotel checked all my marks for a good business hotel. Even better in some areas than the more expensive hotels I must say. There are other hotels with similar prices which have the same qualities ( which aren't that many by the way ). But where this hotel shines is in it's strategic location ! So if you are doing a business travel and is looking for hotel with best "bang for your buck", I'll definitely recommend this one. Keep up the great work.

3rd class accommodation bad behaviour of staff they are not responsible and they not respect the guest I book for 3 day but I can't survive 12 hours there air con not working in room

Pengalaman menginapnya sebetulnya kurang menyenangkan yaa. Mulai dari check in makan waktu lama banget. Tamu lumayan ramai, tapi receptionis cuma 1. Dan banyak juga beberapa tamu yg complain jadi cukup lama antri check in. Sampai kamar, kamar seperti belum dibersihkan. SDP dalam keadaan terbuka, bantal gak ditempatnya, washtafel ada kecoa. Agak shock sih yaa. Kalo dari segi lokasi sangat strategis ya

Coba book disini karena tergiur dari konten-konten jacuzzi sehingga book yang ada jacuzzinya. Namun dari awal check-in jam 2 siang belum bisa menerima handuk dan bathmat karena kehabisan, mendapatkan handuk di sekitar jam 8 malam. Dikarenakan jacuzzinya letaknya di dekat jendela, seharusnya gordennya menggunakan gorden vitrase, ini karena tidak ada jadinya gorden harus terus dalam kondisi tertutup dan pencahayaan pun remang-remang. Jacuzzinya pun tidak bisa air hangatnya, airnya pun keruh seperti yang di foto. Sarapan pilihannya sedikit bisa dihitung jari, saya hanya mencoba nasi goreng, untuk rasa not bad lah. Poin baiknya lokasinya saja sangat strategis.

The hotel was quite full and very busy during Ramadhan. I had stayed there previously and was happy with my room on that visit. However, on this visit, I was allocated a room directly under the Terrace which was constantly noisy with sounds of furniture being moved and music. Also, the room was on a corner of the building overlooking a noisy side street. Despite this, the hotel is in a convenient location, close to malls and shopping areas which is its main attraction.

It was a bad stay. I was literally sleeping when someone knocked on my door and even attempted to go inside. It was 11:30 PM, and the staff said they wanted to check on the AC, claiming it was broken before. I was rather angry with the situation, as the AC was completely normal. Aside from that, the surrounding rooms had rather eerie sounds and voices that kept me from sleeping that night. I woke up in an angry mood, unable to muster a smile for the staff, and drove away as soon as I could.

2Nd time here. Really bad. Hotel lobby leaked on the floor and on the receptionist desk. Room really bad smell, change 2 times, the 3rd room was OK but door system broken, Difficult to open, ask 3 times to change the key but no respond until tomorrow hair dryer doesn't work. Telephone doesn't work. Request to change another room again, but no respond until tomorrow I left something at room after check out. Call 3 times ask them help to check. They said already check 2 times but nothing. And I found it on the bed when I go there to check it myself. Really bad hotel and bad service.

Bad experience sekali menginap di hotel ini. 1. Salah pesan kamar di awal ternyata type yang hanya menginap 6 jam dikamar (oke gapapa mungkin saya yang salah tidak baca dengan benar) 2. Ada tambahan biaya untuk pindah kamar, mau bayar pakai debit edc error disuruh oleh receptionist ambil cash (kan salah management edc rusak, masa costumer disuruh jalan ke atm) 3. Saat check in disebelah orang asing, receptionist sangat ramah, tapi kenapa ke saya tidak! Rasis padahal sama sama pribumi. 4. Masuk kamar gaada handuk, minta dari sore ga dikirim kirim, minta tengah malem langsung ke lobby baru dikasih. 5. Datang breakfast ke restaurant jam 8.30, belum telat kan? A. Nasi dan teman temannya gaada katanya masih dimasak. B. Gelas, piring gaada sampe harus bongkar bongkar cabinet meja. C. Ngambil cereal ternyata susu habis, ditanya gaada lagi. D. Air putih, kopi, teh, minuman apapun habis. E. Minta telur mati sapi ke mba nya, malah dijudesin mba nya bilang kita lagi penuh nih. F. Ada mie instan (indomie), harapan terakhir bisa makan, dateng ke meja mie ternyata udah dingin gaada hangatnya sama sekali. 6. Ac dikamar cuman angin doang gaada dinginnya sama sekali. Pertanyaan saya ini hotel atau kos kosan ya? Hahaha.
