The hotel has very nice room, very well nice design. Staffs are awesome, very polite and fulfilling. Cleanliness is very well maintain. Batam during peak season many hotels are sold out. Finally chose this hotel because I saw good reviews on this application. It turned out that the room was very uncomfortable and not clean. The sheets and blankets were not clean. Lots of stains.. many of the facilities in the room were damaged plus lots of mosquitoes made it worse. Very disappointed. Traveloka should not only display good reviews..

The receptionist service is not good. I have stayed for 6 nights. On Friday I wanted to do Friday prayer and only asked for a check-out period until I did Friday prayer but the hotel did not allow it and asked for a late checkout charge. The hotel is too rigid.

The room is quite okay, quite spacious. There are many roads to get to the hotel location. But unfortunately it is not according to the order, every night it always smells of cigarette smoke in the room. Very stuffy. While we ordered a non-smoking room. The staff is also not friendly at all.

The elevator was broken, I got stuck in the elevator.
The room looks unclean, the room's feel is not like the photo. The dark room only uses LED sticks, not bulbs. The bathroom lights are yellow and not bright.
