All is OK, but the glass or a cup were not clean. It should be changed to the new one. All staff is friendly. The room was clean enough. Silent room. But the pillow smelt one: (.

Gak dapet kunci kamar. Utk lift naik harus dibantu pake kunci resepsionis. Eh begitu dikamar utk nyalain listrik utama harus diganjel atas kreatifitas bellboy. Spt difoto ini. Jd tdk leluasa keluar masuk kamar.

No response for the request except waiting till changing night shift in lobby reception worker., TV remote not working and no one helped. Building still under maintenance. Only the security guy kindly delivering us to the room but forgot to gave him tip, wanna give him later but different security guy in the morning, sorry and thank you pak. Toilet looks brand new build even if the room still old-fashion way

Untuk 5 hari disni cukup memuaskan. Walaupun dalam tahap renovasi tp hotel memberikan pelayanan terbaiknya. Walaupun sedikit kecewa tempat fitness tidak dapat dipakai.

Always enjoyed staycation at this hotel, the cleanliness they maintained (even though they are on renovation at the moment) staff are very friendly and next time of course will comeback again to this hotels.
