There is no trash can, the AC takes a long time to cool, the room smells bad, there is no toilet paper or room tissue, there are no toiletries.

The staff was friendly, but the room I got was not very clean, starting from the damp walls to the patterned ones, the bed sheets were stained, the pillows were dull gray, the towels were also dull and dirty, there were no toiletries, the toilet seater was broken.

Nonsmoking room tapi aroma rokok ga hilang², ada puntung rokok juga. Tidak ada amenitis, sprei kusut dan kotor, seperti baru dipakai dan tidak di cuci, aroma busuk juga. Demikian juga sarung bantal, sangat jorok dan bau. Selimut sangat tipis, lebih tebal handuknya, Sangat tidak di rekomendasikan menginap di sini, bahkan untuk transit tidur pun tidak cocok. Lantai seolah tidak disapu dan pel, berdebu. TV kualitas buruk, semutan. Jangan menginap di sini! Layak di Harga under 100 ke.

Saya hanya 10 menit langsung keluar karena tempat sangat sangat jorok, buat traveloka bisa takedown dulu buat reddoorz ini karena sangat merugikan pelanggan. Padahal saya niat untuk istrahat sejenak karena ingin menghindari kemacetan. Sayangnya saya gak sempat foto kondisi kamar yang amat sangat tidak layak.

Ranjang, seprai, sarung bantal, lantai, keset dan wc semuanya serba kotor dan bau. Tidak dapat air mineral dan handuk. Saluran televisi tidak banyak pilihan. Hal yang positifnya strategis dan tidak ada hantu, wkwk. Semoga bisa diperbaiki semua kekurangan yang ada. Jadi bisa semakin nyaman tempatnya. Maaf saya lupa foto, lupa juga kalau ada review ini.

Saya check in ke lokasi tetapi pelayanan yang di berikan sangat buruk sekali. Saya pesan kamar malalui aplikasi dengan ukuran kamar delux tetapi saya di berikan kamar biasa dengan kondisi yang jelek bahkan tidak layak di tempati. Untuk harga seperti itu dan pelayanan yang di berikan mending OTA cek lagi untuk mitra nya. Saya sudah complain ke resepsionis tetapi jawaban dari mereka tidak pernah menyediakan kamar dengan ukuran delux dan hanya ada premium. Bahkan mereka menuduh aplikasi adalah pihak ke 3 yang telah berbohong kepada saya. Mohon untuk penjelasannya bagaimana ya. Siapa di sini yang salah. Pihak aplikasi, saya atau dari mitra anda yang salah. Terima kasih. Mohon untuk di tindak lanjuti karena saya merasa tertipu di sini.

Before I even checked in, they showed me the room I was supposed to stay in. It was so dirty that there was no way I am going to stay in there for the night. It was like they never even cleaned it? They said they cleaned it beforehand but it wouldn't be so dirty if that was the case. So I turned back and refused to stay for the night. Do not stay here.
