Minus:- kotor. Isi lemari abu rokok semua ngga dibersihin.- Tong sampah lebih kotor lagi. Sejak pertama kali check-in udah kotor padahal masih kosong belum ada sampahnya. Ada semacam jamur gitu banyak banget. Jijik deh pokoknya.- Saran kalau baru check-in, begitu dikasih kunci, langsung periksa kamarnya. Saya pertama kali dateng dikasih kamar yang kotor banget. Sprei kuning-kuning, dinding kamar mandi & lantainya kotor, wastafel & closetnya juga kotor banget. Pokoknya kalau dapat kamar yang kaya gitu langsung minta ganti aja.- Satpam & cleaning service sinis ga jelas. Padahal kita sebagai tamu yang baru dateng ga punya salah apa-apa sama mereka tapi udah disinisin aja. Apalagi satpamnya, udah ngeliat tamu bawa koper banyak banget bukannya langsung dibantuin malah diliatin.- Sinyal wifi di lantai. 2 ga dapet sama sekali. Harus turun & duduk di bawah kalau mau dapat sinyal wifi. Kesimpulan: kalau emang cuman pengen nyari tempat stay sementara untuk 1-2 hari dengan harga yang murah, okelah masih bisa dienjoy-dienjoyin. Tapi kalau dateng ke Bandung untuk liburan menikmati Bandung, mending cari hotel yang lain. Kalau di sini yang ada bukan healing, malah stress liat penginapannya.

Kami sangat puas dengan pelayanan dan kenyamanannya. Cuma kurang diperhatikan terkait air panas saja air panas gak nyala dan bikin mandi pagi dan malam dingin banget but overall are great. Bisa jadi tempat nginep murah.
