Novus Giri Resort & Spa

I really enjoyed the ambience, the lobby was beautiful and welcoming. We stayed in the Premier Garden View room and it was clean, cozy, and had refreshing view. The overall room ambience was very relaxing. There was a minor issue with a bad smell in the bathroom but it was handled quickly by the staff. The hotel offers plenty of activities. They gave us many vouchers when checking in. We tried the mini golf and it was surprisingly fun and interactive. Breakfast was great with a good variety. The Indonesian dishes (gule, sambal ati, etc) were authentic and flavorful and the Western options were also well-prepared. We had dinner at Soeasana and while the view was great even at night, the service was disappointing for a 4.9 rated restaurant on google. We sat outdoors but staff weren’t attentive, we had to walk to the bar several times to order or request utensils as they seemed focused on indoor guests. Even a famous chef I saw dining outside had trouble getting the staff’s attention. Overall, I would still recommend Novus Giri for its beautiful setting and fun activities🙌🏼

after having a very pleasant experience at Novus Jiva Anyer, finally decided to try Novus Giri, turns out, it was just as pleasant. got lots of vouchers that can be enjoyed at the restaurant/spa/mini golf provided by the hotel. super clean and fragrant room, complete amenities, friendly hotel staff, and clean pool. thank you, Novus Giri!! I would love to come back.

Will come here again, very memorable staycation here. Starting from the hotel ambience, cleanliness, staff friendliness, hotel facilities and hotel food, all are not disappointing. Maybe the suggestion for the bathtub shower curtain can be repaired or replaced, so that bathing with children is comfortable. Overall satisfying 👍

Didn't expect a hotel this good & comfortable.. It's rare to staycation, but once I did stay, I got a complete place!! There's a swimming pool, restaurant, rabbit village, mini golf, playground, and most importantly, the environment is beautiful, cool, and very comfortable. Would love to come back soon

All of them gave a very good experience during our 2 nights stay there with the valley suite room with breakfast type that we chose. The beautiful surroundings, fresh air, friendly staff, choice of menus at breakfast, swimming pool and hot water pool, vouchers given when staying that are used as in buying food from the restaurant, and also spa facilities, and having several choices of activities in the hotel area such as mini golf and rabbit village added to the interesting experience for me and my wife. However, maybe there is 1 thing that makes me have to give a little input because of my and my wife's discomfort when staying there. We stayed in room 632, the room was so comfortable, quiet, fragrant, and the view was very good because the room faced the valley. Unfortunately, the mattress in the room seemed to need rejuvenation because it had an uneven surface. So when we rested at night, it made it difficult for us to sleep so that the experience of resting there was reduced. I originally wanted to tell the hotel when checking out, but when we checked out, there were no questions about our experience staying there. So I apologize that I finally gave input through a third party review. Maybe the hotel can pay more attention to things like this. Although not visible but can reduce the visitor's experience. Otherwise, this place is worth trying and worth recommending as a place to #Kaburajadulu before starting back to do daily routines.

So far the service is excellent, the staff is very good, although initially there were no towels in the room, but they were quite responsive and quickly sent the towels and it turned out that when they arrived they were fully booked even though they had made a reservation through the application beforehand, but the hotel looked for a room that was still available and upgraded it, thank you very much.

Check-in and check-out were fast, but when I entered the room the AC was hot and I asked for a room change but they didn't give me one. The technician took a long time to come and finally added freon. I wasted more than an hour in a tired and lethargic state plus the heat. Even though the hotel wasn't too crowded. The breakfast was terrible, there was little variety, and the taste was also lacking.

Child friendly with lots of facilities

The hotel is comfortable and clean, the rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly and there are many playground areas, there is also an area to sit around the room, the area around the hotel is lush so there are lots of sounds of birds chirping in the morning. The surrounding air is also still clean.

Staying at Novus Giri Resort & Spa Puncak was really fun! From check-in to check-out, all the staff were super friendly and helpful, so it felt comfortable while staying there. This place is also perfect for a vacation with children. The facilities are complete—there is a swimming pool, mini golf, play area, and even a place to feed rabbits. The kids will definitely be happy! I stayed in a Deluxe Valley room, I really liked the spacious, clean, and very aesthetic room. I liked the balcony the most, because the view was really beautiful! The breakfast was also delicious, there were many choices and all of them were tempting. If I go to Puncak again, I will definitely stay at Novus again. Highly recommended for those looking for a fun and comfortable staycation!

A very comfortable hotel for a family vacation, spacious and clean rooms and also very friendly hotel staff service. It's just that the breakfast menu choices are less varied.

The resort with the most comfortable and fragrant rooms I've ever visited. It was a pleasure to stay here. Improvement: reconsider the breakfast price (180K/pax). With that price, there should be more variety in the food menu.

First time staying at Novus and it was very pleasant. The atmosphere is cool and the room is super clean and nice. The cheapest room is equipped with a bathtub too What I like most here is the large swimming pool and Balinese nuance, there is a hot water pool too. The staff are very friendly Will definitely come back again if I go to Puncak!
