This is our 2nd time at same family suite room. This time the main bedroom shower place was choked after a bath but it was quickly rectified by the hotel staffs. The common toilet door still remain unfixed as per last visit last year. Overall it is still a spacious (for 2 adults & 2 kids with two king beds) and clean hotel to stay in.

There was no response from the front office when I complained, because the telephone in the room and the water heater boiler were not working. Is the room sold to app room rarely occupied by guests? I hesitate to book a hotel for the next time.

We booked a 2-bedroom suite, both rooms are king-sized beds. The main bedroom has its own bathroom while there is another common bathroom. The kitchen has a microwave and dining table. Dislike the bed frames corners as they are sharp and pose danger to small kids. The door handle of common bathroom will drop off on and off. Location is near to Nagoya Mall and Great Batam Mall.

They gives us smoking room. It is very smelly and the sink is not working. The room looks run down as well with holes in the chair and the lift is very slow. Breakfast is terrible since they do not refill anything even though it is only 8.30 am. They only make sure fried rice and bee hoon is there.

Pretty good hotel with ample room and a king size bed! However access from the back gate was blocked by a huge barricade where all the eateries were, therefore you need to walk 1 big round. Nonetheless will definitely come here again 😆

Staff there were flier in English so easy to communicate, they were friendly too. However, I am there for marriage proposal so I asked the reception lady if there is any service for helping setting up the room for proposal as I want to see the price and deals they have. She said will get back to me after finding out the price but in the end no more answer from her, luckily I managed to set up on my own, if I didn't bring anything for set up, I won't be able to do my marriage proposal at all.
