. Stay in hotel Borobudur for a family staycation, we get a spacious room, complete facilities and a large playground and pool. Special credit to all staff in Borobudur especially Ms Yuli for the warm welcome and giving us an early check in and Ria escort us to the room and explain about the hotel facilities with a friendly gesture. Mr Handian and Herman from housekeeping always offer the guest need before I ask, Mr. Gerry explains about hotel facilities before I check in by phone with his friendly voice and Rizky who deliver our food explain about the ingredients even only the simple order, also the friendly 2 guys from maintenance who helping with the TV channel. Thank you for the hospitality, such an honour to be treated so nicely, definitely come back to this hotel Soon.

•Sarapan hari pertama saya muntah karena kopi yang terlalu kental.•Hari ini (sebelum sarapan) air di toilet tidak ada alias mati. Respon room service berbelit-belit karena ternyata banyak kamar yang airnya mati.

Saya book 2 bedrooms unit untuk family vacay tapi kenyataannya pas check in, unit tsb ada kebocoran sehingga diganti dengan 2 unit 1 bedroom. Jadi terpaksa terpisah dengan kamar anak². Yang bikin kecewa lagi, tidak ada kompensasinya karena dapat garden view padahal saya book pool view. Seandainya sebelumnya diinfo ada kendala di unit tsb, saya bisa cari alternatif. Kalo gini kan terpaksa menerima kondisi yang ada.

Hotel Borobudur has always been a great escape from the city busy day for me since forever, they have a spacious room that are being cleaned quite well although it is a bit old compared to the other booming hotel. What really nice for me however is the hospitality of the staff that always ready to help us and the enormous area that you could took a stroll in the morning or evening to relieve your stress. Overall it is a great time for me, but something that you could improve is on the broken things in the room such as the bathroom sliding door that was really old or maybe the shower head that need to be change as they are already worn-out.

It is very crowded during the long holiday, but I think the hotel have done their very best, the room is clean and cozy, during breakfast they also open the ballroom for dining area.
