I ordered family room which contains 3 single bed. The room is clean and comfort enough. The facilities in the room were complete. I love the breakfast that they are served, it has various menus and it has good taste. Also, The staff over there is friendly. Grand HAP maybe is not a big hotel but the facilities is very complete, there are swimming pool, fitness center and spa. I would stay in Grand HAP if I visit solo again.

In terms of the hotel, it's nice in the middle of the city, you can take a morning walk along Slamet Riyadi, only the towels need to be changed immediately.

This is the 5th time to book a hotel room at Grand HAP because in terms of location it is suitable and accessible, plus the hotel is comfortable for families, the breakfast is super delicious and has many choices, but when we ate there were staff (in black and white uniforms) who whispered and giggled, which was not very comfortable. Apart from that, the other HAP team was friendly and helpful.

downtown location close to food vendors. ample parking and free valet. friendly staff. for the room is quite narrow, because 3 beds too. the bathroom looks dirty but there is hot water. AC and TV are safe even though they are mediocre. The breakfast menu is varied but there are some that are not appropriate such as milk that has no taste like milk. Can be improved again. overall good hopefully it can be better. btw there are four of us, 2 adults and 2 children

Now the bedsheets are dull. The cracked glass is still on display. Hot water is sometimes not available. Aqua often runs out. The deposit box has been informed that it is dead, but until the 5th day of check out it has not been repaired.
