The place is quite comfortable, only the room lights are dim. But the location is very strategic. Very close to Kiaracondong Station. The staff are very friendly.

Friendly staff, safe motorbike parking is always locked unfortunately if you want to enter you have to call the staff first in the lobby because during my stay there no one was on standby guarding the parking lot. The room is okay but the lights are not bright enough, there are no TV channels that can be seen, there are lots of ants. The toilet is standard, hot and cold water works.

The room is small enough for a bed, TV signal is only 1 and there are lots of ants. Ask for hot water if you want to make coffee like a dispenser/electric kettle doesn't have it. The lights are all dim... Anyway, not recommended, stuffy, AC is not cold at all. Lots of minuses.

I booked a suite room but the room was very far from the expectations in the photo. On Traveloka it was listed as 3 stars but it turned out to be a jasmine class. And there were 2 names on Traveloka but it turned out to be the same hotel. So it's better to just go show if you want to stay here. So you won't be disappointed

When we arrived at the lobby, the building looked clean and new, I thought the condition of the room was also according to the photo. It turned out that the room was stuffy, the walls were dirty, the roof was short, the upper exhaust was removed until the ceiling roof was patched. The toilet smelled of sewers. And the most incomprehensible thing, from the time I arrived until the next day, the security kept asking for the car key, even though my car was parked at the front and did not disturb other visitors. Until the next day they were still asked for the car key with the excuse that they were going to clean it up. We still didn't give it because it didn't make sense.

Hello. I ordered 2 standard room types with a total price of 490 thousand. When I first arrived, I saw a nice hotel and lobby and thought the rooms would be good. However, it turned out that the room I ordered had to leave the lobby and hotel and go to the next building. I went downstairs and turned 2 times to get to the room. When the 2 rooms were opened, I was shocked because the rooms were dirty, there were shoe marks stuck to the walls, the sheets were not clean, and there was a little blood on the bedcover. I didn't have time to take a picture because I was disgusted. Luckily I brought a blanket as a base to sleep on the mattress. When I checked the bathroom, the bathroom lights were dim and there was a scorpion crawling on the bathroom floor. Oh my god, I panicked and immediately called the receptionist to handle it. As a result, I didn't dare to take a shower in the bathroom. The room phone couldn't connect, the AC was on and off, WIFI had no internet. My other friend's room was in the same condition. The AC was on and off, not cold. So my friend couldn't sleep from 1-5 am because it was hot. When I complained, they gave me a fan. The bathroom in the other room was quite good. However, when I took a shower in the morning, there were 3 small cockroaches running around on the bathroom floor, and there were worms wriggling at the bottom of the bucket. Because the bathroom is a squat toilet. For hotel management, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the standard type rooms. Because with a price of 490 thousand or so, you should be able to get a decent room to stay in. If compared to hotels in Tangerang, that price can get a 3/4 star hotel with a deluxe room. I didn't have time to take pictures because honestly I was confused by the 2 rooms. The positive thing is that the hotel staff are friendly and fast response.

Quite Clean, for the facilities provided towels and water, but the TV Channels are not many there are only 2, there is no shampoo or soap, there is also no toothbrush. But overall comfortable and clean.

I chose this hotel for transit while mudik season. The room was so dark, the toilet was so dirty, the bed sheets seemed to have been in many different situations. The TV had local channels and only 3 channels. The way to the room was somehow like in the Squid Game show, so many stairs, and I got a corner room near local people's houses. We could hear people talking from outside. I'm really sorry, but the room and bathroom seem not ready. So dirty.

Please pay more attention to customer requests.. and please pay attention to parking so that consumers don't rush out. Please improve customer comfort.

Friendly staff and closer to Kiara Artha Park which is nice. It could be better if the bed and the floor are cleaned from hairs and debris (I checked in around 3 pm, there is enough time to clean). Funny thing about the wall. The morning I woke up, there are several kid size handmarks that I'm sure didn't exist the moment I checked in. I didn't took any photo because I was scared.
