Staying at bumi surabaya city resort issa great choice! Near from tp, located in the city center, good services, great food & restaurants, the cleanliness is very good. Even the atmosphere so nice, feel like not being in Surabaya, bcss in there are lots of trees in the hotel, the air is fresh and beautiful 🤩 highly recommended to staying at here! Soon I'll come back here again, super love <3

The room was vast and nice. The bathroom was so great. The Swimming pool water was blue clear and not smell of chlorine. It was great pleasure staying there and surely will stay there when I travel to Surabaya in the future. Oh... Another one... The front desk officers were so helpful and kind... Thank you

We had a great stay at Bumi Surabaya City Resort with our big fam. The hotel's location is strategic, rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are friendly. The pool and playground were a hit with the kids. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of options. Our only minor complaint was the room lighting, but overall we'd definitely recommend this hotel for families or business travelers.

Suggestions for improvement, when I arrived in the bathroom there was only 1 towel and 2 hand towels/small towels. I asked for 1 more towel, but they said there was a charge for another towel. Well, the small towel smelled of smoke/spices which was very unpleasant. Usually hotels provide 2 fragrant bath towels, especially this is a 5-star hotel. The bathroom floor was wet and stagnant, it couldn't be reduced. The carpet in the room was dusty (old carpets are still used today) until I coughed. The television was still small, it seems it needs to be upgraded to a larger size, and the cleanliness of the children's pool needs to be improved because there are lots of small leaves.

always like to stay here because it's in the city center near kmn2, the room is spacious and there is a bathtub. BF also has many delicious variants. just a pity yesterday the AC was a bit troubled so it wasn't cold enough but its ok. the staff is also friendly and helpful.

My suggestion is that maybe the bed needs to be replaced because the springs are weak. If you replace the mattress with a new one, it will definitely be more comfortable to sleep on.

I am compelled to share the unfortunate experience my husband had during our recent stay at a 5-star hotel. The bathroom door hinge was broken, and when he attempted to use it, the door shattered, scattering glass shards across the floor. This incident resulted in serious injuries to him, causing cuts that later became infected.
As a consequence of the infection, he developed a fever that lasted for two days following the accident. It is incredibly disappointing to witness such a lack of attention to detail and quality control in a hotel that prides itself on luxury and safety.
For a 5-star establishment, one would expect a higher standard of care and an assurance of guest safety. This experience has left us questioning their commitment to providing a comfortable and secure environment. I sincerely hope they take this matter seriously and make the necessary improvements to prevent such incidents in the future.
