2-3 Weeks for the hold on the credit card to be released. Appreciate the early check in but the baggage, charge of $50 per hour is too much.

The room is so beautiful. The service is nice. The location is good. I really love this hotel. ((door of the bathroom is transparent and the wall is quite thin.).

Location is great, easy to go anywhere. Jusy walking distance from harbour city and avenue if stars. Room consider big for HK and hotel price range.

This hotel location is amazing. Very near to the MTR station (it is just across the street), amazing shops and food selections nearby, very clean and comfy. Perfect for family of four.

I had a pleasant stay here. Once there was an alarm on my floor, really disturbing. The staffs gave us the new room after we told them the problem. Nice and clean room also

Quite disappointed! First, we booked 2 nights exclusive sweet room type as per the displayed pics, but it's totally different. Even the room colour. the room we get in is very dark, it's in black colour. we showed the picture we book in website to reception staff, they claimed that in their hotel they only have two rooms that are like in the picture. Then why post that room picture to confuse customer to click in. Second, We asked if there is available room to change. They said currently there is room available to change for tomorrow, but they will check if the guest will extend the room, and they will inform us before 9 a.m in the morning but we didn't get any call. Third, we lose one ionion mx air purifier in the room and leave the contact details, but we didn't get any email from hotel if the maid has found it. Apart from these, the hotel location is good. The cleanliness is ok, as the room is in black colour so we can't really see much. the reception staff are not well-trained. Some are still lack of service mind. Overall it's more like a 3 stars hotel instead of 4. Suggestion to the booking service company, you can add an evaluate system to the hotel members, when they post their products which is room pictures, they can know the score of their posting. higher score posting will allow their name to rank in top. Anyway the ranking can be classified by many factors, such as overall score, member fee, etc. The picture should be the same to match the price. This including the front lobby, hotel front pics, to provide better idea to the guests how the hotel look like.
