Kedua kalinya nginep dihotel ini. Staff friendly, hotelnya bersih, akses mudah karena ada shuttle bus dari MTR sunny bay ke hotel. Ada toko souvenir disney di lobi, dan kita dapat $ 10 sebanyak 3 lbr sehari utk belanja di toko. Staffnya ramah, sampai yg housekeeping selalu menyapa tiap berpapasan. Staff front office bener bener membantu mencari taksi utk kita dijam setengah 6 pagi, krn shuttle bus baru ada jam 6. Handuk diganti setiap hari, shampo, sabun, sabun cuci tangan, conditioner dan body lotion disediakan bentuk refil, sudah tdk dikemas dibotol kecil mickey lagi.

Been here 16 years ago, and I want my kids have the same experience. Mickey is all over the place. The staff is super nice and helpful. The breakfast is delicious (many food to choose). And a lot of free goods in the room, including room keys! We love it so much!

it's perfect hotel for family with kids. it bed can accommodate 2 adult and 2 children. bed size is 140x200 and we allowed to use other disney hotel facilities for example indoor swimming pool at disneyland hotel. the bad thing us just the price of food there is so expensive. for example 2 adult and 2 children having breakfast there it cost 900 HKD. so you must prepare food from other place if you want to saving your money :) 🤑

We have decided to stay in Disney’s Hollywood Hotel for our family’s Christmas celebration. And we really enjoyed our stay here. All of the staffs are accommodating and friendly. As a result, we even extended our stay for another day. This is highly recommended if you are going to Disneyland for 2-3 days. They have a shuttle going to Disneyland and going back to the hotel. So, it’s hassle free especially if you have kids.

Was disappointed with the hotel and Disneyland! I come all the way to experience the countdown in Disneyland but it was cancelled last minute and the hotel staff told me the hotel itself have no countdown if I want I can go to the other 2 hotel near by there!? How can the hotel staff promoting other hotel but not their own hotel ??!! by the way the way the receptionist and the housekeeping the bell man do make my day feel very well and I will still come back to this Hollywood Disney hotel hopefully the next time I visit you will service me better then this time All the best Disney Hollywood hotel

Awesome stay. The food at Chef Mickey is excellent. Manage to take photo with Mickey and Goofy, my son loves them so much!! The staffs all are helpful and friendly. Environment is extremely on top quality.
