Sapa Praha Hotel

Upon arrival, we were told that we were allowed for a late check out, the latest at 2 pm. We were not told that extra charges will be imposed and based on good reviews, a lot was mentioned about the hotel being kind enough to prolong a bit the stay, without additional charges. We were so confident that was the case, however when we got back from the Cat Cat Village on the day we were supposed to check out, it was almost 1 pm and only then we were told if we did not check out immediately, we will be charged 50% of the daily rate. We turned down that offer, and were given 15 minutes or so to pack our things, otherwise we will have to pay extra. As our bus was leaving Sa Pa around 3.30 pm, so it was not worth to pay 50% of the daily rate, for just 1 or 2 hours stay. The receptionist, however did apologize and allowed us to use the lobby to further pack our staff, eat and pray.

The hotel is big, the room is very clean and comfortable. The service was awesome. They allowed us to have early check in, gave us advise for tourist spots and transportation options. Their English also quite good that easier for us to communicate. Recommended hotel, for sure!

This hotels has a great view. Staff have a nice attitude. But this place is a bit far away from town.

Room was clean and new, staffs are helpful, breakfast ok, not many choices, but bathroom was very small. We booked mountain view but no view, we stayed on the 2nd-floor, the location is far from the town, need to rent a motorbike.

Stay for 4 night, 3 from 4 reception we met really friendly and helpful, especially their manager. The food is really great like mini buffet and you can choose either pho or omelet. The view is great, we stay at fourth floor. They help you buy ticket without any fee. When you need to buy bus ticket, try green bus they speak english and we can buy it online.

New, nice and clean hotel. On top of that is their friendly and helpful staff who are always willing to assist you with a smile. The buffet breakfast, though cannot be compared to 3-star hotel, is plentiful, fresh and tasty. Rooms are well-equipped with fridge, aircon, wardrobe, water heater and even make-up table. All rooms has a small balcony. No need to worry if you cannot book a mountain-view room because they have a roof-top terrace where you can have the best view of the mountain and the town. Located in a quiet area, out of the main town but only takes you 5 mins walk to reach Cau May street - the vibrant walking street with lots of eateries, cafes and shops. Highly recommend!

Poor quality car rental service - dirty bed sheets

Nice mountain view room, close to entertainment places like best view or sandy village, the road down is a bit too steep, friendly staff and ok breakfast. I rate it suitable for the price range
