Quality Inn Commerce at I-85

Horrible! The food not hot and not much food. The room service clean up my room she not clean the trash and the 2 bed are small then usual. So be aware this hotel in fact not looks like in the pictures .

Pros: room was spacious with 2 king beds and a pull out couch. Cons: 1st 2 days house keeping came to clean room (horrible job sweeping left trash and crumbs under couch) while we were in there which I found a little odd. They didn't allow garbage to be left out of room door in morning like most hotels. On our 3rd day of our 6 day stay they never showed up nor did they knock on the door we heard the walk pass our room and never knock. We left and came back in the evening assuming maybe they were just busy and eveything would be done when we got back and our over flowing trash cans were still there. So I went to front desk to inform and she gives me a couple of bag which I assume is to last until the next morning. The next morning comes and the same thing happens. No knock or clean up. At this point I feel like this was intentional for whatever reason. I went to front desk andnwaited 10 minutes nobody was there even after calling and ringing bell. I went back to my room and called and someone answered which I found even more odd because the walk from my room to the front desk was maybe 2 minutes. I told her about our room not being clean and trash being there for 2 days and she said she'd speak to housekeeping. An hour later here comes the same cleaner in a bad mood coming in the room to place new towels & take trash. Floor still not swept. When I come to visit I will be staying at another hotel because the lack of hospitality turned our stay sour.

Easy access, parking at the door quite close to I-85 and lots of restaurants near by.

There were some initial issues with the reservation, but the manager corrected it and me and my family had a great stay! It had a central location near restsurants and shops, which is ideal when you find yourself in Northern Georgia!

Prefer buildings where entrance doors are on the Inside

Recently updated. Had a room/suite with two king beds and a sofa bed with another sofa, and two TVs. LOTS of room for 4 people!! Everything was clean. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. One night stop-over. Overall a good stay.

Property exceeded my expectations. Great job Quality Inn Commerce! Will most definitely return for a game weekend in Athens. Go Dawgs!!!

Carolyn was very friendly

Very clean, comfortable room but all the pillows are now half sized. Breakfast was well stocked and fresh. The ice maker was out of order and "freezer" in mini fridge did not freeze anything.

Very nice place to stay with breakfast.

Experience was good. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Office chair in room went back a little too much and was not adjustable. Cable TV was sufficient. Continental breakfast was adequate with choices ranging from instant oatmeal, yogurt, coffee machine, juice machine, waffle maker, cereal, apples, sausage patties, and muffins. I am limited with what I can eat but it is adequate. Wifi worked well. Shower/bath was clean and provided hot water. Location is within distance of Road Atlanta, Athens, and other great places. Staff was friendly.

Stayed for four nights. Property has been renovated but there is one little office chair to sit on in the room. Huge spaces with nothing. The two of us in the room could not each sit in a chair to talk to each other. Had to go buy a cheap camping chair. Also nighttime room filled with smell of weed. Was an unusually hot weekend. Called front desk and they told me that’s what you can expect if you have your air conditioning on. Not we will ask folks to smoke it away from the building….nope my issue as I wanted to have cool air. What a joke. Arrived back at room late evening and housekeeping hadn’t even gotten to us yet. No clean towels, garbage not emptied etc. this was a terrible experience. Stay far away folks.

Nice staff and room Pillows were as hard as a rock

It is convebiently located close to the I85 and close to many stores and food options. The inn itself is small, and retreated which makes it quiet. The overal conditions of the building are good and clean.
