Vince Hotel Pratunam

This is our 2nd time stay at the vince hotel. The staffs are very helpful and fast response. They listen carefully to my complaint and I thank you so much for responding so quickly. The breakfast is good, two thumbs for the crews. Very recommended!

Room is small, but the facility is complete. The breakfast is very good, with many choices (Indian, Asian, American), and the taste is perfect. Can use bungee from hotel to 7-11, Pratunam Market, BTS. Friendly staff. Everything is good. Recommended.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, yummy breakfast, their staff so humble, they provide shuttle to Pratunam market also. So its really helpful. And they have unique experience in their hotel. We can try Thailand Traditional costume for free, and the bonus they help us to take a good picture. Wanna say thank you for sister Kik and Som, for nice experience and kind to me

Our 1st time staying at Vince hotel. Pratunam Location is good and there is free 24 hours buggy ride to 5 pick and drop points. See pictures for more information. Service was good. We enjoyed ourselves with mild & nam in our dress up Thai costume session which is complimentary. We have to register our free 15 mins head and shoulder massage. Room size is good for 2 pax. Just a bit moldy on the bed frame wall and room is not soundproof. Hence, less one star. Toilet shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and hair dryer provided. Breakfast buffet lot of varieties. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for 5 nites, it was a good & clean & pleasant & quite new hotel, the service & staff was excellent, breakfast was fabolous. We love to stay here again on our future Bangkok trip.

I really love the experience of staying at Vince. I stayed for 5 days & 4 nights in the Family Room of 4 and it was really pleasant. We didn't expect the room to be that huge with lots of spaces to put our big luggages, I even called the room after the entrance as our Room Lobby because it was that vacant. The space between the king bed and the TV is wide so it was very comfortable. The bunk bed is big enough for adults. The bathroom was very clean and have 3 different areas for toilet, sink & shower/bathtub (yes! They have wired shower, upper wall shower & bathtub with shower). Breakfast was amazing. The foods tasted great and they have both vegetarian & non-halal options. For its price, we were suprised how Vince offers varied choices of food from cereals, tea/coffee, salad, fruits, buffet that is changing every day, bakeries, to vegetarian/Indian. They even have caddy service from early morning until late night that can take you wherever near the hotel. We used it to go to Pratunam Market and across Platinum. The downsides are only the lifts that are too small and our corridor that smells like chlorine because we are only 1 floor away from the pool. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we can't wait to visit again.

We stayed here for 5 nites, it is a nice & clean & quite new hotel, breakfast were excellent, staffs are helpful, There is a buggy service to front of alley, eager to stay here again on our next trip to Bangkok.

First time using Vince Hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful. There is also buggy call service to pick up customer arround the hotel or drop you off somewhere arround the hotel. For example: to Pratunam Market or Petchaburi 11. The service is free, just need to call the hotel to inform your location for pick up service. The breakfast is also delicious. Suitable for Asian Guest. The room is clean and comfortable. There is also photobooth using Thai Costume for guest and it's free. But, unfortunately we don't have time for trying it because it's limited time from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm

I had the most pleasant yet memorable stay in this hotel. Located very close to main road other than nearby hotel in that area. They have a nice lobby. It was cool and have many seats. The room it same with you see in Traveloka's gallery. Their restaurant for breakfast had a nice ambience and quite large. The very one thing that make this stay memorable for me was their Thai Traditional Costume Photo Session service for free. I got help from Kik and Som (Thank you so much:) Some things that I want to asked for their improvement was more option for the costume and some backdrop so we can comfortably take our photo taken.
