Even though the hotel is quite far from the main street and the BTS (500m to Ratchathewi and 500 to Phayathai BTS station), I enjoyed walking there. The staffs at the hotel are amicable and helpful. The room is small but has full facilities. My family enjoyed our stay at this hotel. You should give it a try and you will not be disappointed. They have excellent massage services. It is super close to Pratunam Market, Big C, Platinum. You can walk almost everywhere.

The room was quite spacy, we were given welcome drink as soon as we arrived, the hotel was also close to pratunam, only 5 minutes walk, the receptionist is also kind, but not that really helpful to help,😢 because that time something happened, but they don't really help or give any advice. But it's understandable cause its late at night and the receptionist is alone. However, I kept only asking to clean my room, they just seem to not change the sheets and the blanket, even sweep the floor. But overall it was okay

Book for 25-29 Aug but only stay there 1 night. The air conditioner was leak on midnight, the room has so many ants (so you can't leave any food behind even for a sec) And the next day there's no water at all, they said the whole area has a water leaking problem too but we can't wait the whole day and checking in on another hotel on the area and there's no water problem at all. We try to canceled our booked since we don't stay at the hotel for the rest of our trip but they said the water supply only broke for 1 hour. (they're lying and I have a video proof of that night the water is still under maintenance) They have buggy to drive you to the nearby area, the staff was actually okay but the hotel entrance has a lock and you can't enter the hotel with the room card so we need the staff to open the door (don't know why, maybe our card is error) But the hotel staff were the buggy driver too. So when they went to drive other hotel guest, we need to wait until they come back and open the door for us 😓. One of my worst hotel experience even though there's lot of worse & cheaper hotel. Trying to get our money back after canceled our book but the hotel don't admit the water supply problem 😡

1/ I booked a room at Tori Prestige but when I arrived, they pushed me over to Tori Crown without explaining the reason. Because my friend arrived first, I didn't know so I checked in. I arrived later, didn't say anything when asked, just told my friend to wait at Tori Crown and take me there. 2/ When I received my room: only 1 doormat (even though the room had 3 people) & mineral water. No towels, no cleaning supplies, no toilet paper, no hair dryer (I called the receptionist several times before they brought it up) 3/ Room cleaning: when asked to clean the room and change towels. After returning home, it looked like the photo below, our used towels were damp, and were left to dry on the table like that. Completely surprised.

Pertama kali ke Bangkok dan ini penginapan kedua kami😍 menurutku semuanya oke ya! Sekedar info aku nginap bulan Oktober 2022 dan selain menunjukan paspor juga ada deposit 1000 baht. Kalo kalian ambil minuman dalam kulkas itu kena bayar juga ya 😁 ini hotel dekat dengan pratunam dan Mall Pratunam, rekomen! Oh iya kalian juga bisa early check in btw cukup bayar 100baht aja, waktu itu aku dateng di hotel ini jam 12.30

Staf ramah & helpful. Diberikan upgrade kamar gratis, tapi sayangnya hotelnya terlalu kecil, tangga terlalu curam (terutama di lantai 7). Sangat berbeda dengan katalog. Kalau harganya 500+ saya rasa terlalu mahal. Banyak serangga.
