Strategic location can walk to anywhere place because near Ratchaprarop station, Pratunam market, Palladium mall, Platinum mall, December, and tofu skin care. Got complimentary breakfast: tea, coffee, and toast. Have digital scales so no worried if baggage over. Room, toilet, and towel all clean cause they clean everyday great service (stay for 3days) Just little bit problem with WiFi, so slow and they didn't have extra bed. Over all good and I will be back if go Thailand again. Thanks.

High recommend for stay here, it's really nice hotel, clean room, reception so so good and helpful. Location is good you can go to Pratunam market by walk about 5 minutes, MRT ratchaprarop. Near Big C, Platinum, Central World only 15 minutes by walk. I will comeback to stay here when I comeback to Bangkok.

The hotel is super comfortable! I am so lucky I can find this hotel also the staff is so friendly, super strategic near Tuh Pratunam, platinum mall, central world, 7-11 and many more! Guys you should stay in here if you want to have a good holiday while in Bangkok 😍

The staffs were nice. We got some trouble with the power in our room, so we got upgraded room without any additional charge. The hotel just a walk away from the Ratchaprarop station, so when you landing at Svarnabhumi airport, you can use Airport railink to get there. So many restaurants and 7/11 around. Will go to this hotel if I travel to Bangkok next time 😊

Overall hotel was ok, just a bit disappointed cause the charge on check out time. I think the hotel need to take a look back of their regulation. Usually the general time should be. Check in 14:00 check out 12:00. First, you guys (hotel) need to know your location is near Pratunam which is super traffic place for sure it takes time for the guest to go out and comeback to hotel. Second, check in 15:00 check out 11:00 you guys have 3-4 hours to clean up rooms (mybe only 40-50rooms you guys have) and 12:00-13:00 is break time. So I think you guys should add more HK team or maybe casual/daily worker instead of charging guest for late check out after 11:00. As per procedure 1HK should clean up 3rooms. For you guys who stay here please pay attention to check out time make sure you guys don't be late ya.
