The hotel location is quite convenient for us. Nothing great with the room, TV is always an additional amenities to enjoy especially with Radio channel included. Breakfast served mostly Indian cuisine as most of the guests are Indian but we're quite happy with the croissant and omelet with additional bacon friendly offered by the waitress. We quite enjoyed our breakfast time. Information of what expected to be charged in the hotel area are very handy to find haha. It always makes us laugh when we found another sign with things to be charged!

Bathroom was really dirty. On the first day of arrival, we called for house keeping to clean again and it took forever for them to come. They did not clean anything, just closed the bathroom room door and did nothing inside and we still found the same dirts on the same place. We then called for house keeping again, this time, they slammed the door in front of us as we called them again to do the same job. We do not recommend this hotel at all. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel.

Hotel lama masih bagus, bersih dan kamarnya luas. Letak hotel strategis dekat kemana mana dengan jalan kaki saja. Dari airport Suvarnabhumi naik kereta 40 bath, turun di A7 dan jalan kaki ke hotel tidak sampai 10 menit. Layanan hotel bagus dan ramah staffnya. Direkomendasikan.

Resepsionis sangat kurang ajar, satpam juga kurang ramah, kayak preman. Kita booking 1 king bed dan 1 single bed tapi tidak boleh 3 orang nginap di hotel itu, terus bed 1 mau dipakai siapa, udah bayar mahal, kamar mandi juga jorok. Malah saya belum ke kamar suruh saya bayar 1 bed lagi kalau mau 3 orang masuk. Sungguh pengalaman yang buruk hotel ini next saya tidak akan berkunjung ke hotel ini lagi. Sekarang dipikir 1 king bed dan 1 single bed ga boleh 3 orang di kamar terus buat apa saya bayar mahal-mahal. Kurang ramah, merusak nama hotel

Had a pleasant stay for two days in here. It sits in a great location, very accessible, spacious room. Good staff all around. I also got a nice view of the city. The hotel is just a little bit outdated, but overall it 's a good experience.

Our feelings were mixed. The location, price and staff of the hotel were great. The amenities are older (from the 80's?), and the cleanliness is sometimes lame. Noise from the street and other rooms permeated our room. Most of the guests are Indian, and we didn't feel completely comfortable here. We were even asked at the pool (by another guest) if we were guests of this hotel;) Breakfast is mostly Indian food, but more or less fine. We were pleased to be provided a taxi to the airport very early in the morning. We were taken by the hotel driver for a reasonable price. For lovers of Indian culture I recommend it, but I will choose another hotel myself next time.
