Hotel was located super close to the MRT. Had no problem traveling around at all. Hotel also provides free tuk tuk service to several locations. Room was just like photo, clean & tidy. Old hotel but the price is acceptable, about 1000THB/1night. Friendly staff. Many street food stalls nearby, a 7-11 at 10 seconds walking distance from hotel. Everything was ok but their old facilities. In addition, I have tried there service at restaurant and spa. Reasonable price for a restaurant in hotel. Foot massage takes 250THB/30mins, cheaper than at downtown. At the end, I have a nice stay here.

Haven't met Silom is a very new concept modern style hotel. I don't know how to express how I like the hotel. The staff is very friendly, young.Even the manager is very helpful, help me solve my problem about extra bed. The front desk and manager all can speak very fluently English. Buffet style breakfast no many choices but all in good taste. Especially duck curry. Bed is very large For 3 person room, bed is comfortable, mathress is thick . Amenities provided are good and complete, shaver, toothbrush, hairdryer, lotion etc. Bathroom is clean. Water heater functioning good. Location is superb , BTS chong nonsi station just 1 minute in front of the hotel. 7 eleven is just beside. Many local good selling here outside hotel. This is second time I live at this area. It is safe and convenient. A big thumb up for this hotel. Keep it up and definitely I will come back again when I visit Thailand again.

I have stayed here before and the overall impression now is that it has slightly deteriorated since then. It 's probably just details, however the lack (or unwillingness) of maintenance is visible. While the rooftop pool is still gorgeous, the sun loungers and chairs are broken! The rooms I had was still spacious, clean and comfy, however it looked worn. The check-in procedure (or the staff) that day was unflexible, I was told to wait until 2p. M. Official check in time before they would check me in. That said, it was still a nice stay.

The smell in the hotel and room with fungus. Totally choke and can't even breathe. That 's why very less occupancy.

This apartment is very nice and clean. All furniture and facilities are maintained well. I didn't expect that this apartment has no receptionist or staff standby to help us on arrival only security. Hotel is not contactable ! It's written they closed at 6 pm and I tried to call them few days in advance to arrange my arrival due to we had evening flight. Please remind they are not contactable, no one answer my direct call only by whatsapp chat. They said I have to go to bellug counter at the airport to pick up the key and do check in there. But it was terrible ! Staff isn't friendly & they are not communicative ! We can't get our key in airport and decide to go to the hotel directly. Ya as we can expect no staff there, try to contact hotel but no answer. I don't know what security did but he gave us number agency and asked us about my reservation. Finally we got our key. Wifi is so bad. There is good wifi in lobby. Wifi in the room was bad. Sometimes it didn't work ! Room amenities are not complete. They only provide shampoo and shower gel no toothpaste and toothbrush. Hotel location is great, it's easy to find. There is cafe nearby and market. If they provide standby staff there it might be perfect !
