Klub Hotel

5 star stay. Absolutely love this hotel and satisfied. Clean, great service, convenient location (10 minute walk to bts, near to many 7/11s). Free tuktuk to main road can cut walk to bts to 7 mins. Breakfast food is good selection and tastes good. Room comes with two bottles of water after every clean.

This is my third time visiting Bangkok Thailand and but the first time staying at the Klub Hotel. I really felt a significant difference while staying at this hotel than staying at the other 2 previous hotels that were mediocre and even disappointing. This time the Klub hotel impressed me with their service which was equal of being compared to 5 stars hotel service. When I arrived at the hotel lobby, one of their staff was ready standing in front of the hotel lobby, opened our car's door and took the initiative to help us unload our many and heavy suitcases. Check-in process went very quickly in just 5 minutes I have received my room key. They really understand how to satisfy the guests. After checked-in, I asked several things about transportation to several tourist destinations, and one of their staff kindly explained and even provided guidance on a written paper so that I didn't get lost to the place I wanted to go. This was really beyond my expectations. I stayed with my family (5 people) in 2 rooms which was quite spacious and very clean, even like a new hotel. The interior is super clean and comfortable with a very beautiful design, made us feel like we were staying in our home. Clean bathroom and good design of the glass doors inside keeps the floor always dry and clean, which make the toilet so convenient to use. On the second night, my mother returned to the hotel early without bringing the key, and within just 2 minutes one of the staff was already on the floor we stayed (after we called) and help opened the room for my mother who was exhausted and wanted to rest. This hotel is even located in a very strategic location in the city of Bangkok with a very pleasant night market and shopping places. What's even more amazing, this hotel even provides free shuttle with several electric cars until 10 pm from the lobby to strategic places. This is Superb. I would have given this hotel 6 stars if it was possible. Keep up your good services and excellency. Cheers!

Such a lovely huge bedroom and very very cleanZ near Tofu, Pratunam market, Big C and they give us free tuktuk service around 1-2km.

Perfect experience to stay at Klub Hote, great services, close to Siam Paragon (biggest mall in Thailand), 5 minutes to BTS and airport train station. New furnished room

Small but clean. Kind of a hassle to get from the hotel to the main road. And there's no food after 7 pm.

The room didn't match the existing one, the shower wasn't separate, check-in had to wait 30 minutes, after the complaint I was given a room on the 8th floor and it didn't match what was there.

Staff very friendly, kamar luas, tapi kasurnya keras 😅. Ini yang buat saya ngga nyaman nginep di sini. Agak jauh kalau keluar jalan besar, tapi ada free tuktuk hotel yang bisa antar ke depan.

Highly recommended for staying here, location staff and hotel was very amazing.
