Nice, spacious and clean room, clean bathroom, great location to access to shopping district, very convenient, will go back again for holidays! The breakfast was good as well!

Nice location and friendly staff. Check-in fuss free. Room is of reasonable size, pillow a bit soft and blanket thin. Hotel does not provide bedroom slippers and toiletries except shampoo and body soap. Got to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and comb as none of these are provided. Or purchase at 7-11 nearby. As it is situated within a wholesale clothing building, it is best to arrive/depart late evening after 4 pm so that the shops are closed and taxi can go through. Still, my 2nd happy stay. 😄

Read a lot of bad reviews about the hotel. But perhaps the hotel has changed completely. Things are extremely good for customers. Nice room, dryer, full kettle. Air conditioner like arctic so. The receptionist was not friendly, but he pushed the clothes very well, he was old but he helped him very well. Welcome guests are coming from the airport and standing there early. Elevator ok, big and big. I went through 5 times and this time the place is the best. I will definitely come back

I am very happy to be able to book a room here because of its strategic location near the shopping center, but the food is standard. Overall friendly service staff can speak English and the bellboy was swift to help because of my many luggage.

this hotel is awesome !! very clean, the room is big, the staff very friendly, they also allow me to have early check in at 12:30 which is very rare to get. just a little bit difficult to find the hotel because the location is inside of the platunam market, covered by many shops. definitely I will come back to this hotel when I visit BKK and I would highly recommend to my friends
