Not impressed since check in The staff informed me that I didn't have a booking, despite having confirmation documents. Payment completed Cannot contact the hotel owner. Staff told to go up to see the room. The condition of the room is old, not clean, smelly. The lift is old and cramped. Check in And found the room conditions are not acceptable, like a temporary hotel is not suitable for the price of 1,124.48 baht. I booked another hotel that is better than the agent and moved the room
