The hotel is really nice for resting. AC cold. Can request a lower floor room. The receptionist is very friendly. Can speak a little English hahaha. 3 nights here it was always cleaned every day and given 2 bottles of drinking water. Close walking distance to Tofu and Pratunam. In front of the hotel there is a 7 Eleven. There are scales in the lobby area. You can leave your suitcase first even though you've already checked out. Anyway, really recommended. If I go to Bangkok, I will come here again. Thank you Nook as receptionist very helpful🥰.

Sawaddhi Khab.🙏🙏. Hotel ini sangat layak untuk tempat menginap nyaman, bersih dan ramah, setiap hari petugas datang untuk mengganti dan membersihkan kamar serta handuk mandi, hanya saja tidak disediakan pasta dan sikat gigi dan harus deposit 500 TB. Saya dari Medan Indonesia, liburan bersama anak dan Family selama 5 hari di sini dan dekat dengan Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall dan Tofu Skincare hanya 7 menit berjalan kaki, terima kasih saya akan datang kembali, Khobkhun Kha.

Kamar tidur dan kamar mandi bersih. Setiap hari di bersihkan dan diberi air minum 3 botol. Great service.

Clean. Hot shower. Strategic location. Next to platinum mall. Lots of food. The nearest BTS is phaya thai. Around 600 m walk. In the middle pratunam market. Just take BTS airport link and stop in the phaya thai station.

I like this hotel. It 's very cheap the staff are friendly and very accommodating. They clean our room everyday and change the towels.

The staff is not friendly, they just let the visitors stay in 30 mins otherwise they will charge 🙄. Not stay again.

As we travelling far from Indonesia, when we arrive at hotel we need to charge our phone, but feel very hungry, so we left the room key inside the room electric socket to charge our phone and iWatch and electric tooth brush, but the hotel only give us 1 key, when we discovering and shopping in Bangkok we back hotel at 00. 30 we found that our room is already clean (we ask reception to open our room) but our key card is missing, so we tell the reception to give us another spare key, but no solution at all, the staff keep using different card (not hotel key card) to open our room which is very stupid things that he do. At this time we feel very sleepy and need rest in our room, so I angry to the reception staff. 1. He should check the CCTV when we leave our room the red light turn on when electricity is turn on inside the room. 2. Which staff took/stole our key. 3. They should give spare card to the guest to rest. 4. Just afraid that the staff do a scam thing and charge us for the room key which is lost after their staff make up our room. If this happening I will angry more. 5. The management should train their staff more for guest comfortable. 6. The staff who in charge at midnight feel sleepy on duty. 7. This hotel is very unrecommended hotel many good hotel with same rate at this area. 8. I stay at room 212 and they give your another key.
