I was very disappointed with this hotel when I paid via the online application for 1,267. 000 for 2 nights and arrived at the place where the staff said the room was not there, I asked for a refund and the staff gave a solution to be moved to a hostel, Where I had a lot of stuff and my wife's child and when New Year's Eve was full, I finally received, after arriving at the hostel transfer, I could not see the room on the grounds that there were still people, and after night came home at 10 pm the hostel was locked, I had to bang up to 30 minutes, and after I climbed on the 5th floor and a narrow alley the size of my body, in other words if you carry a suitcase you have to tilt and in front of us you carry it, tomorrow I have to move, no matter they don't want to refund it doesn't matter. Anyway, don't ever come to this hotel.
