Best Hotels in Phrom Phong, Sukhumvit

The staffs was friendly & helpful, the room was clean, when I complained the air on didn't cool, they sent maintenance guy directly, the bathroom was clean, the lobby OK but the outdoor was pretty cool to chill. There are few street food restaurant, 7-11, and EmQ one of the biggest shopping mall just around the corner. Convenient to walk around as the bts just 3 mins walk.

I disappointed for this time about conditions of the room and room attendant that was rude to me when I complained about linens changed on my first day check in. Receptionist was nice, 2 ladies for breakfast was nice and respectful.

The room was so smelly, I have to ask the receptionist to change the room. The receptionists are not friendly. Old building, but newly renovated, the bad smell came from bathroom.

I had a pleasant stay here. the staffs are very nice. The room is clean and tidy. Very satisfied :)

The staffs are friendly, and there are several places to hang out and enjoy meals also coffee, and only around 70 m from nearest 7-11. This hotel also around 800-900 m to BTS station. The Air Conditioner is not that cold, also the wifi is quite bad, I barely able to connect. But the overall Experience is still Good though.

In-room internet is poor, connected but not moving at all. Water pressure was another issue and the room was very noisy. Woken up in the morning because the curtain was not blacking out the light from outside. PS. Even though you’re in-house guest, you still have to pay for parking fee THB 100 per night!

Good location. Clean room but it's too old so look like dirty. Room is too small. The walkway in room is too small to bring a large suitcase. Without a ventilation fan, the room is damp and smells old. But the worst is the ragged towel, no tissue or toilet paper. Worse than hostel.
