It’s a wonderful stay here! The hotel staffs are so friendly and they would just offer their help whenever they see you. The spacious room that comes with balcony. Let you to have a breeze in the morning with a nice Sennett that’s facing the lake. The breakfast that they served are various and very delicious. The have a lot of travelers but they managed well and able to arrange the seat for you. It’s a very good experience of staying with this hotel and I will be back if there is a chance when I travel to Khao Yai.
This hotel is perfect for family getaways. It is located right at the center of town. But (some) staff members need to improve in hospitality service! Anyways would surely go back again
Very nice hotel. Clean and new. Staff are friendly. I love swimming pool. There is a small waterfall at the back of swimming pool. It is very nice with the sound of waterfall. Breakfast is fantastic. A lot of food to choose. Delicious!
With a stay at this villa in Pak Chong, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Khao Yai National Park and Dong Phayayen-Khao Yai Forest Complex. This 4-star villa is 3.6 mi (5.8 km) from Khao Yai Art Museum and 3.7 mi (6 km) from Nam Phut Natural Spring.
No wifi, the water pressure is very low, the housekeeper tried our skincare without our knowing, no phone, from our room to lobby is very far, the service is bad! I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Do not come here!
The hotel itself was good, beautiful ambience and room. My son loved it. BUT the service needs serious improvement. We understand we were there during the high season but the hotel needs more manpower & training: 1. We arrived at around 3-4pm, there were no bellman and we had to carry the luggage ourselves. After telling one of the receptionist and checking in, I had to emphasize to the front office that those are my bags on the trolley and the lady told me to tell the bellman and he'll escort us. The bellman didn't even know those were our luggages and nearly took another guest ' s luggage by mistake. I had never had to carry my own luggages and had a receptionist tell me to tell a bellman where to take my things before. 2. There was a bunch of tourists going into the alpaca area without masks when the door had a sign to wear masks at all time. After asking the guy he told me “oh that sign is from a long time ago” … then shouldn't you take it off? 3. Took forever to get towels even though I told them my son needed them. 4. Went to breakfast and asked for a highchair as I was carrying my son. Never got it and had to carry him out to tell the waitress again. 5. Ordered eggs and it was never delivered so had to tell the chef again twice. First one was mine they said they were still making it so maybe there was a long wait. Second one they said the waitress probably served it to someone else and made a new one straightaway only to make a wrong order but we didn't bother to tell him. 6. Had dinner at the restaurant and service took forever to get orders. … should I go on? Seriously the hotel is great but the service is below standard for the room rates.
Perfect for honeymoon, rooms are spacious, quiet environment with an amazing scenic view. The hotel is quite deep in BUT they do provide a buggy driver to take you to the main street and back. Would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to stay here.
