I chose this hotel based on recommendations from YouTube, the location is quite strategic and good, close to the beach and the central area of Phuket, the room I chose was ocean view, very satisfied with this room, but it looks like the property is old, besides that the hotel check-in process is very long and there is no tolerance for guests who request early check-in on the application, apart from that the hotel counter staff is very unpleasant, acts very b***** and doesn't smile. I was disappointed with the service of one of the hotel staff! Very impolite.

The check-in system is very slow. After checking in, it took a long time to get the room, some people waited 3 hours, had to wait for cleaning. The bathtub on the balcony is not clean, there are stains, there are only bird excrement, lizards. The internal shuttle bus is very slow. Called the counter and didn't pick up. Check out was a long wait.

Hotel resort dengan pemandangan langsung ke pantai Patong. Sangat indah dan nyaman. Ada driver yang selalu siap antar jemput ke lobby - kamar. Cuma sayang, staff front desk dan operator kurang ramah.

โรงแรม 5ดาวที่ไม่ได้มาตรฐาน รถรับ-ส่งขึ้นที่พัก : รอนานมากจนต้องเดินขึ้น-ลงเอง ห้องพัก : พื้นเหนียวจนต้องใส่รองเท้าตัวเองเดินในห้อง ผ้าเช็ดตัว-เช็ดหน้าไม่มี ต้องโทรขอและรอนานมาก ห้องน้ำอาบแล้วน้ำขังออกมานอกห้องน้ำ ขยะในห้องน้ำที่ผู้เข้าพักคนก่อนหน้าทิ้งไว้ แม่บ้านไม่ได้เก็บและค่อนข้างสกปรก ผ้าปูที่นอนเหม็นอับ

ห้องคืนละ 4 พัน เข้าเช็คอินตอนเกือบ 5 โมง รอเช็คอินครึ่งชั่วโมง กว่าจะได้ห้องอีกเกือบชั่วโมง ตามพนักงาน 3 รอบ ถึงจะได้ห้อง (คนอื่นก็โดนเหมือนกัน) ทั้งๆที่สามารถเช็คอินได้ตั้งแต่บ่าย 2 โมง พอถามพนักงาน ก็บอกรอห้อง แล้วจะมีเวลาให้เช็คอินทำไมาตั้งแต่บ่าย 2 ห้องเก่า ตึกเก่า
