There are a lot of mosquitoes inside the room. Both days I stay the breakfast menu almost the same.

All is superb! I think I stayed at 5 star hotel but akira is only 3 star hotel and all the service is really good, they take care of their customer very well, even during check in they provide a welcoming drink, but some incidents happen and they took the responsibility at all. And surprising ! Small honeymoon decoration I request they not charge at all, great!!

Akira lipe resort is a great hotel in Koh Lipe. Food, services, cleanliness and facilities are great during my stay. But, there is a problem with breakfast charges for the children. The charges is unreasonable and not transparency. I have a three stay night at this hotel with two booking. The first day I check it, the reception name Anne asking my children how old are they, I said one five years old, and another is one years old infant. Then she directly charges me 600 baht for two days breakfast. So after two night stay, I change my room with another booking. Then the next day morning (the fourth day check out going back to malaysia), Anne charge me again with 600 baht. I asking her why charging me again? She said two children 600 baht, I said another is a infant , it shouldn't be charge. Then she change her word again, saying that the charge 600baht is for one children. Then I ask the restaurant how much is the charges for the breakfast again, they said the charges need to ask the front reception. They bring me to Anne again. This time she change again, 300baht for years 5 child and 300 baht for infant. And then Anne whispering with the restaurant staff bla bla bla with thai chat. What's wrong with this hotel charges? A four five star hotel didn't have a standard charges for the breakfast? Can't it be written clearly in the menu or memo at restaurant? In my opinion, I would think Anne is not honest with the price, the extra money might be going to her pocket in such situation. I never met a hotel charge a infant breakfast before! I recommend for those family going to visit Akira lipe resort, please asking clearly for the charges of the breakfast to avoid feeling cheat by the reception. Anyway, overall for the Akira lipe stay is great.

Very impressed, the service staff is very good. There is a shuttle bus between the pier and the hotel. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, spacious and have the opportunity to use new services.
