"Upon Check-in, I was offered a Balcony Room + free transportation to Katong Village Hotel. I didn't take up as it is too far off. The staffs are super nice especially Jafe & Tinar. The Room has a maginficient view of kampong glam. Comfortable bed and a birthday surprise! $30 dining voucher can be used for Zam Zam, Malayan Council and free 2 scoops of Gelato! As well as I am amazed by excellent buffet breakfast service. All covered within $100+/night. Love the experience, do feel like overseas~"

"Once and for all, this hotel never disappoint me since the 1st time we've been there. Village Hotel Bugis is the best hotel until it become our favourite hotel & especially my kids, they love it a lot! The staffs & housekeeping are all very friendly & really take care of our stay there. I would like to rate the front desk staff name Mr. Rizaludin 5 STARS ⭐. His service is tiptop! 👍 He will always make time for us if we need his help 😍 Previously we came back there to staycay after a few months not checking in due to covid heighten alert. I was soo shock when I received such a beautiful & wonderful welcome back decoration inside our room. 😱😍 I really appreciate whatever he have done & whatever efforts he put into it👍 Not only this hotel is my favourite & now I have a favourite staff too that is Mr. Rizaludin😊 Once again I would like to thank everyone at VHB for the warm welcome whenever we are there & thank you for your excellent service! ❤️ Will always come back there with my family again😘"

"I book for 3 days 2 nights (26 Nov 2021 - 28 Nov 2021) for my anniversary. The front desk was very helpful and friendly, we booked for 2 family Connected Room and we got upgraded to 2 Suite Room. Thanks to the manager Annie. At the swimming pool Alinda was very helpful and friendly, thank you so much. Breakfast at The Landmark Restaurant. From the bellboy, front dest, swimming pool staff, chambermaid to restaurant staff all are very friendly. Going to book again."

    This property has received approval from the relevant authorities to accept room reservations for staycations.

    In line with the regulations stipulated by the Singapore government on indoor activities, social gatherings, and events to safeguard public health in Singapore during this pandemic period, the safe measurement measures listed below are applicable to all our hotels and serviced residences in Singapore.

    ​On COVID-19 Safe Management Measures​
    ​ Under the Covid-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, first-time offenders who do not comply with safe management measures face a fine of up to S$20,000. In the event of any breaches of law or non-compliance by guest(s) and/or their visitor(s) to the guest room(s) during their stay at the property, the penalty imposed by the authorities would be fully borne by the guest(s) and/or their visitor(s). The hotel shall be entitled to recover from the guest all fines imposed and/or losses suffered, of up to S$20,000. The hotel may charge the guest’s credit card and/or utilize the guest’s cash deposit (if any) to offset such fines or losses.​

    On Reservations and Capacity Limits
    Guests are required to inform the hotel prior to arrival if any of the room occupants has received a Health Risk Warning/ Health Risk Alert; has been tested positive on a Covid-19 antigen rapid test (ART) in the last 72 hours; has been served a mandatory isolation period such as Stay-Home-Notice (SHN); and for travelers who are arriving via Air Travel Pass (ATP), Reciprocal Green Lane (RGL) and Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL). The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel the booking for reasons including but not limited to the ones listed above.
    Guests are required to inform the hotel/serviced residence immediately should any registered occupant(s) in the room receives a Health Risk Warning/Health Risk Alert or is issued with mandatory isolation or quarantine order, at any point during the stay.

    Breakfast Arrangement
    Breakfast entitlement:
    ​• The Landmark at level 5 of the hotel from 7.30am to 10am.
    ​• Fully vaccinated guests – served Buffet
    ​• Non-vaccinated guests – Bento breakfast for takeaway
    ​• Stay-Home Notice guests – Bento breakfast served to the room
    ​• (Prevailing Government Restrictions apply)

    ​ All Club Lounges and Breakfast venues to reopen, allowing a maximum of 2 pax per group based on the following:
    ​ ​• ALL diners are fully vaccinated (1), a recovered patient (2), or possess a valid negative COVID-19 test result covering the duration of dine-in (2).
    • Unvaccinated children aged 12 and below may be included in the group of 2, if both are from the same household.
