Really enjoyed the stay. Feel like living in a forest or village area rather than the city. Really peaceful there. I enjoy the room given to me. It's not gonna be my first and last. I'm gonna go there again for sure. And hope I get the same room again. The pool is beautiful.

My family had a great fun specially my kids. The place is really nice and relaxing. The pool is really great. Have a warm pool for kids to enjoy swimming even at night. The staffs are friendly. Will definitely come back. A very nice place to have a short staycation.

Location is definitely the best! In the middle of Siloso. 7-11 at the cable car station which is about 5-10 mins walk only, room size is good. Toilet shower head is removable so it's easy to shower for the kids, no bath tub. Free parking. One thing that really needs improvement will be the manpower issue. Housekeeping was not done on the 2nd day, lack of towels, housekeeping staff is really limited. The checking in time took so long. And if possible renovation the exterior to be nicer and cleaner. I hope the resort can improve on the exterior (make it done look so run down) as the manpower problem.

The room was perfect. The only problem we had was the bathroom in which the door you use to close the bathroom, is also the door to close the shower area. And due to lack of platform or maybe proper drainage, the water from the shower always leaks over to the bathroom and makes the whole bathroom wet as a result

Room is basic. Clean. Bed is not so nice though. Just right in front of the beach. Pool is great for kids as it is spring water and is kept minimally chlorinated. Check in and out is effortless.

It is a great place for family staycation. Room is decent just the bare minimum but, it has great facilities especially the swimming pool. Too bad it need in badly needed maintenance, otherwise it would be more pleasurable.

Everything else is decent for the place except for the unfortunate amount of ants can be found at various parts of the room on level 3 even with no food in the room. Thankfully I didn't have to be in the room most of the time and was out in Sentosa so wanted to spare the hassle of requesting and moving to another room but the amount of ants was still a shocking sight and experience (can't really use the table because of the ants). And unfortunately only photos are allowed and I can't upload any videos that I took which would made a more compelling case.

There's always a catch, the price was too good to be true. Was supposed to check in by 3 pm, queued from 2.50 pm and finally got the room at 5.20 pm. The last slot for the swimming pool was at 5.30 pm so we couldn't swim that day as 'the pool is already full' (what they told us when we called a reception). There are 2 people behind the reception desk but only one person who's able to check you in. There were many parents waiting in line with kids and there were not many seats in the waiting area. What a shame because the facilities, room cleanliness and environment were all good. Take your hard-earned money someplace else where they don't make you wait for 2hours plus. For the amount paid, you could stay at other nice hotels which comes with breakfast.
