Perfectly located. Very nice rooms full with amenities. Great range of breakfast menus. Love the room ambience. Very clean. Greatly welcome by Shariq who helped me with the room, although we're waited quite sometime for the room to be ready. But I've got a great experience stayed at this Hotel.

Staff are very polite and attentive, they serve you very enthusiastically, starting from handling your luggage, I can see them sweating from handling all the luggages but they still smile a lot and do their job happily. Room is very clean, comfortable bed, excellent pillow. Pressure water pressure water pressure the shower. And they have filtered water tap, so endless drinking water supply. Return definitely return.

1. My special requests such as room location, connecting doors, etc, were not paid attention to, 2. Only one room key was given and I always had to open access every day during my stay for 5 days (3 rooms), 3. My sister who came home early on one night, couldn't be helped to open the door on the grounds that the name that ordered the room wasn't her name, 4. The room cleaner couldn't speak English. Not like a pullman hotel should be 😔.

The water that came out from the pipe is yellow, and suddenly the water stop coming out. And in the morning, the fire alarm goes out at 6 freaking am and told us to stay inside our room. And mind you, they did not give us any further information after the fire alarm goes out. Sheez. It did not feels like we're not staying at a 5-star-hotel.

With regards of the water, we have investigated and fixed the situation. This is not an excuse but it is definitely an isolated situation that should not have happened. Rest assured that the water is clean and safe for use by all of our guests. With regards of the fire alarm, it was a false alarm due to hot water boiling smoke that triggers the smoke detector. We have since fix the issues and we are sorry for not sharing with you the update.
