Policy
From 1 October onwards, breakfast is served in-room.
From 1 October onwards, Chatterbox will cease operations to undergo renovations.
Dining credits would be applicable for in-room dining only. Dining credits are not applicable in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, and vouchers.
From 1 October onwards, Meritus Club Lounge will only be opened for breakfast from 7 am to 11am daily. Afternoon tea and evening cocktails will be served to guest rooms.
Hotel is currently undergoing renovations works on Swimming Pool and Tennis Court from January to February 2022.
We remain committed to complying with stringent infection control standards across our operations as guided by the relevant authorities.
In addition, in our continuing efforts to improve our Hotel facilities, selected areas of the Hotel will be undergoing renovation works.
While we are taking every step to ensure noise and disruption are minimised, disturbances may still occur.
During this period, the Hotel is accessible only via the main entrance of Mandarin Gallery (along Orchard Road pedestrian walkway) as well as the driveway of Mandarin Gallery (entrance via Grange Road).
Our reception and concierge are relocated at level 8, Main Tower. Kindly take the lifts at level 1, Main Tower lobby via Mandarin Gallery.
Limited parking facilities are available at a surcharge.
