The Hotel upholds a strict policy towards the hosting of gatherings and parties in the rooms or suites to protect the safety and comfort for all our guests. Kindly note that a maximum of 5 registered guests (including registered visitors) are allowed in the room at any one time and up to 3 registered guests (or up to the room’s maximum capacity) are allowed to stay the night after 10pm. Any person creating excessive noise, having a party or exceeding the number of permitted guests, will be requested to leave the Hotel without refund. Please be informed that the Hotel will impose a penalty fee of S$2,000 if the room guests exceed the permitted number at any time and if any of the room guests are not registered with the Front Desk.

As part of mandatory vaccination-differentiated safe management measures (VDS), only guests who are fully vaccinated will be allowed to dine in the restaurants. Please also be informed that room guest(s) will have to bear the full cost of cleaning and disinfection of their room(s) which can cost up to S$400, should they test positive for COVID-19 at any point during their stay in the hotel.

Children Policy
• Infant 0-2 years stays for free if using existing bedding. Baby cot or crib available upon request
• Children 3-11years stays for free if using existing bedding. An additional charge will be incurred for extra bed
• Guest 12 years and older are considered as adults Extra bed is a must and additional charged will be incurred.

• Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is 12 noon. For early arrival before 3pm, it is recommended to pre-book the room one day in advance with a full day charge. Hotel may accommodate late check-out after 12 noon subject to room availability at a charge.

• No Party Policy: To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, Goodwood Park Hotel upholds a strict zero tolerance to parties and excessive noise. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests will be requested to leave the hotel without refund.
