Clean and very comfortable, although I booked just one night for transit but the impression was so very nice. The staff also nice. From T2 arrival just take sky train to T3, then after immigration go straight away to Sky train from T3 to T2, the hotel near there. Very good location back to T2 departure.

Did the 3 hour thing. Had a 12 hour stop over in Changi. Enjoyed the lounge. Food was OK, drinks were OK, staff were great. But the best was the shower. Lovely, clean, spotless and and oh so enjoyable after a long day travelling.

No wonder it ' s a 4 star hotel. However, since I booked during Taylor Swift The Eras hype, I can't help but to think the price I got was too expensive. Also for 4 star hotel I was expecting it to have bidets. I was surprised it doesn't have bidets. It was nice though, they changed our towels, prepared our beds, etc everyday.
