1.) There is no elevator, there are only stairs fortunately to get to the 2.2 floor.) 70% cleanliness 3.) There is hot water, air conditioning, TV. 4.) The room is small & still manually uses a key. 5.) The hotel is next to a 24-hour ABC Muslim restaurant. 6.) Get a thermos, mineral water, coffee sachets. 7.) Hard mattress & pillows. 8.) Close to the bus stop but for the MRT it's a bit far, about 10 minutes to get to Aljunied MRT. 9.) Roadside hotel location & lots of food / selling fruit

In the application it is clear 2 adults 1 child. Told to add a fee / be charged 20 $ and the service was very unfriendly. Not recommend.

Hotel was good. The staffs was nice. The room is clean and quite small but enough for me to sleep and rest. The AC is not quite cold tho. 5 minutes walking to bus station and 10 to MRT station. Worth the money.

Room was OK, not bad but there are cockroach inside. However, around hotel is good, many food and close to bus station. The staffs are good too.

Pros: The room size was just right for the price and it's near bus stations and food stores that offer affordable food too! Cons: They don't have lifts and a helper, so you'll need to carry your luggage to your room by yourself. I was with my Mom who is a senior citizen so we asked the front desk if one of their cleaning staff can help us carry the bags and we will just give them a tip, but they didn't allow it. Didn't even talk to one of their cleaning staff about it and just went straight to reject our request.
