Very affordable and accessible. The room is clean however the heater in shower is not functioning. The wifi connection is fast and all the staff is accommodating.

Zen Rooms rented the 27th and 28th floor in A Space so it's like an in between condo and hotel. The staff were really friendly and accommodating but I guess the set up is the disadvantage. When you arrive in the establishment, the guards need to contact Zen Rooms, their staff will go down and assist you going up. We left our stuff after we check in and when we arrived back, we had to call their number because the elevator has exclusive access. Once you're checked in, your key card have access. Also, it would help if they'll have more sturdy beds because it would creek every time you move. The place might be okay for long stay but not worth the hassle for an overnight stay.

Everything was good. This place is near the LRT station and Jollibee. The room is okay, the staff is quite nice. The only thing that a bit unpractical is the entrance. I think It'll more convenient and give more comfortable for the customers if the receptionist/front desk could be placed in the M floor or even in the lobby building. Somehow it take some time to get in, because we have to wait in the lobby and call the particular number, then the receptionist (which is located at 27th floor) will check our booking number before the staff coming to let us in.

They don't even provide towel in our room and no television also. The room is dirty. and also I request a high floor to see the view outside but I only see one building , I am so very disappointed
