Disappointed about the room cleanliness,im working as a cabin steward also I deserve a clean room and bathroom for what I pay,the facilities is nice but room and bathroom is important for me,,coz I am not feel comfortable in their room bathroom so dirty I am not deserve that for what I pay.

The shower in the room is grounded. We have called for them to check it out but no one came. Infinity pool is also disappointing.

Really Old hotel :( some room amenities weren’t maintained. Maybe it would be better to stay at the annex next time. But food and service at the restaurant was good.

First checking in took up 2 hours because they couldn't find the booking from app. 2nd the manager does not want to talk to us. 3rd the room is filthy. 4th the water is salty. 5th the pool is disgusting and unclean. The ladder is broken and we had a minor accident. 6th the streets are not well lit. 7th they don't have ice and utensils for food, if you order food they will give you plastic utensils. 8th the guards were not coordinated and we were asked 10x if we are occupants even if we presented the bracelet. Again the manager is very impolite for not talking to us despite our enormous request.

We had a great family vacation at Hannah’s! The staff were very kind and courteous and the place was amazing. You could find all the facilities and amenities you’ll be looking for in a resort hotel. Thanks to Traveloka! Highly recommended ❤️
