General Check-in Instructions

Effective from June 1, 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4 and 5-star hotels, and MYR 2 per room per night for 0 to 3-star hotels. The star rating will be in accordance to the rating from Local Council and should the rating differ from the website, the local council rating will apply. This fee is being included in Hotel's Room Rate. With effect from 01 September 2017, with reference to the Law of Malaysia Act 791, Tourism Act 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Resident of Malaysia, are committed to a Tourism Tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room night of stay as determined and imposed by the Malaysian Government, which is not included in the reservation and will be collected by the hotel upon check in. This is to be applied in-addition to existing fees/taxes levied and the existing local tourism fee in Penang.

The hotel is located behind komtar. Rooms are okay with big mattresses. Clean too. There is a washing machine with bring your own detergent. Only bad wifi. To refill drinking water, you have to go down to the ground floor. The pool water is also dirty maybe because no one is swimming so it lacks maintenance. Overall ok

It's horrible. Smell of cigarette smoke. Water dripping from the ceiling. Oh my God. At 1 am and no staff there.

For the first time I stayed at this hotel, because I was going to travel to Hatyai. The location is not far from Komtar (where to book a Van to Hatyai). The rooms are quite spacious, there is a game area for children. It's just that the hotel doesn't have an elevator (so you have to lift your suitcase yourself, no one helps). Across the hotel there is a hallway and turn right, you will find a good breakfast there 👍🏻.

ห้องกว้างดีค่ะ เราเลือกเป็นห้องพักสำหรับ 3 ท่าน แต่เตียงเสริมผ้าห่มกับผ้าปู ยังมีฝุ่น ไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไหร่ ห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง แต่ด้วยราคานี้ก็ถือว่ารับได้ค่ะ ทำเลดีเดินไป ขึ้นรถบัสแถวตึกคอมต้าสบาย ใครมาพักเช้าแนะนำเดินข้ามสะพานลอยไปกินโรตีร้าน hutton lane, กินลอดช่อง, ติ่มซำร้าน dim sum valet ค่ะ

จองไป3ห้อง พอไปถึงที่พัก ที่พักบอกว่าจอง1ห้อง เเล้วให้ดูใบบุคเเล้วเค้าก็จัดให้นอนห้องแฟมีลีทั้งหมดเลย ไม่เเฟร์มากก เเล้วพอวันสุดท้าย น้ำท่วมตรงโรงเเรมภายในโรงเเรมเลย
