Staff was very kind and helpful. Even though only 2 or 3 star hotel, this hotel is very nice and easy to go to the restaurant and shop. This hotel also very safe.

I'm sosorry, its not clean the bed sheet I entered the room never changed, and the towel got some spots. Please do change it when new guest entered, the floor is clean, the room is clean. But bed sheet. Towels is bad.

The bed sheet and the towel are dirty, please do change it its look clean but its itchy to the skin.

Sangat mengecewakan, sudah late check in tapi kamar belum ready, reception di malam hari tidak polite sekali, kamar tidak dibersihkan. Reception malam tidak memberikan solusi.
