Great place, warm staffs. There was a thunderstorm in the evening during my stay that caused blackout. Staffs did a good effort - instantly informing current situation, providing a torch. They gave complimentary breakfast the next morning that I would say as 'PR' strategy maybe due to what had happened the night before ๐. Would like to suggest if the host could provide mini refrigerator and add extra lock inside the room for extra safety.

Good for anyone who loves nature. I had a good stay in Rainforest Sutera Santury Poring. Foods in the restaurant was okay. Room is clean and neat. Staff are very helpful & friendly. I will come again!

Very good location, very clean room, very white towels, efficient air conditioning. Canopy more interesting than at Mulu Park, bathing in the waterfall was a miracle! A little unpleasant smell of mold in the room and very high humidity even though I left the air conditioner on for many hours.
