The room is extremely chic! Staff are very friendly, attentive and fast service. Car park is well directed though it shares the same building with a mall. Gonna be my top favourite hotel now.

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. In line with the recent announcement by the Ministry of Tourism (Malaysia), the Tourism Tax Act 2017 will take into effect beginning 1 September 2017. An additional levy of MYR 10 nett per room per night will be chargeable to all foreign tourists. Total tax chargeable will be collected upon check-out. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with hotel directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. Each room is entitled for 1 free car park. 2nd Car Park will be chargeable. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability. All children are welcome. An additional child or adult will be charged for extra bed. Request for extra bed or crib is subject to confirmation by management. Additional costs will have to be paid for separately.

Pro: Comfortable and spacious room. Clean and neat. Convenient and near to many shops and food. Many restaurants in shopping mall. Con: Shower gel empty and not fill up on first day. Room service quite late 2pm.

I have been checking in your hotel numerous times and I was quite happy with the quality of cleanliness. Unfortunately not during my most recent stay. I must say that the cleanliness of the pillows are much to be desired. The few pillows on the bed have very unpleasant smell...tgey don't smell fresh at all, to the extent that I think they are dirty.

Good hotel, only lack of parking for guests and also a bit dusty floor. air conditioning is also not satisfactory. cool in the living room but a bit hot in the room. overall for services and services are indeed tiptop.

I booked 5 rooms for my family in a nice hotel, in an area where there are many eateries. only shortcomings in terms of cleanliness: - - dusty floor, - torn towels and yellow spots. - Soft pillows. - Very bad hygiene. toilets are not clean, microwave is very dirty - lack of parking for hotel guests Service and worker service is indeed TIPTOP especially front desk.
