**TERMS and CONDITION** 1. Cleaning fees of RM 35 per stay is not included in your rates. One(1) complimentary car park is available for each unit of apartment booked. Additional parking will incurred additional car park fees payable to the car park management. 4. The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number agreed to in the booking details. In the event that any additional persons found staying at the property, an additional fee of RM50 per night per person will be charged. 5.NO SMOKING is allowed inside the house/apartment. 6.Do not leave your rubbish bags in the foyer and the corridor.
