Health and Safety Measures Undertaken Due to COVID-19:
In view of the COVID-19 worldwide outbreak and in full adherence to the World Health Organisation’s recommendations, as well as Malaysia’s rules and regulations, we would like to share some of the precautionary and required measures to be undertaken at the resort when it reopens. Please note that these measures are not exhaustive and could change as and when new rules and regulations are decreed.

a.)Very strict room cleaning protocol observed. b.)Cleaning and disinfection standard procedures for occupied rooms with pre-set frequencies on recommended schedule when the staying guest is not in the room. c.)Every guest room sanitised upon check-out with a 24-hour gap in-between two clients. d.)Hand sanitisers provided upon arrival. e.)Face masks available at reception upon request.

Social distancing is adhered to at all times and monitored constantly. Stringent training on Covid-19 measures and practices undertaken by all employees.
