Room was very comfy and modern. I love the room itself. View from the balcony also superb. Parking is easy too as the hotel have their own parking space at level 4. Will repeat staying at the hotel again.

While the rooms and amenities available were pleasant, there were no check out statements/receipts issued and later found that there was an UNAUTHORISED charge of MYR51.50 charged to my Card! Still waiting for an explanation. 😡.

Comfortable stay at the Straits hotel, the rooms were so clean, bed sheets smells like new and they change everyday. Food for suhoor also well prepared. It was an amazing experience stay especially during Ramadhan. I would reccomend this hotel to everyone.

Nice budget hotel to stay, check in hotel 02:00pm & front desk told me breakfast start from 07:00am, then the next day I came down for breakfast 07:00am, but staff told me 07:30am, no water in room, no teeth brush in room,
